Steve Collins is the CEO of PS5, an internationally acclaimed security related training and production consultancy, his organisation specialises in the design and production of training and educational material for the law enforcement, defence and security industries. PS5 also has its R.E.A.C.T training wing, which delivers highly specialist security associated training to both the private and public sectors.

Steve is a familiar face worldwide, delivering training and lecturing to government bodies, law enforcement agencies and the corporate sector on officer and public safety with specific focus on weapons and personal protection from violence and aggressive behaviour. He is internationally recognised as a teacher of modern combat systems as well as traditional martial arts with almost 50 years experience. He is also a prolific writer and accomplished author, his influential R.E.A.C.T books, editorial features and ‘R.E.A.C.T Survival Files’ are studied and utilised around the world.

Steve is also an acknowledged authority on disguised, improvised and clandestine weapons, methods of attack and weapons of concealment, and the author of the world renowned ‘Manual of Prohibited and Concealable Weapons’.
